We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Gold-plated, gold-filled, and gold vermeil jewelry can tarnish or experience changes in their finish over time, especially with repeated or prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, hair products, sweat, and moisture.

Some of our pieces feature protective coatings designed to enhance shine and resistance to everyday moisture. However, water-resistant does not mean waterproof.

Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, household cleaning products, oils, and strong jewelry cleaners, as these may damage the finish.

Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive polishing cloths that could affect delicate finishes or protective coatings.

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store each piece separately in an Anaki jewelry pouch, a clean, dry cloth bag, or a sealed plastic bag when completely dry.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or new collection launches.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES

We currently ship within the United States only.

• FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more.

• Standard Shipping: $8.50 for orders under $100.

• Priority Shipping: $18.

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@anakicollection.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps, including contacting the shipping carrier or initiating a claim when applicable.

Claims involving shipping insurance, when purchased, are subject to the insurance provider's terms and deadlines.

We cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us so we can review the available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once shipping services have been provided, except where required by applicable law or our return policy.
