Refund policy
EXCHANGES: INCORRECT LENGTH
• If you didn’t order the correct length and wish to change to a different length, please message us for more details to see how we can help. We do charge a small fee for re-adjusting the lengths.
• Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the items back to you.
• Please note that if you got a bracelet cuff that is too small, we cannot replace the cuff for a bigger size as the piece had already been cut. If you need it to be smaller, we can adjust the length by cutting the piece down to a smaller size.
EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
• We accept unworn/ non-personalized exchanges on orders within 7 days of when your package was delivered.
• Exchanges are not accepted beyond 7 days of when the item is marked "delivered".
• Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the necklace back to you.
